The quickest way to start is a short message saying what kind of plumbing supplier you are and which door you want to fix. Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

How to reach us
There are three ways to reach us, and each one goes to a senior strategist:
- Call (604) 632-4959 during business hours for a direct conversation.
- Text the same number if you're on a branch floor or in the truck and can't talk.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to attach a branch list, a catalogue export or a few numbers.
We don't use contact forms, booking widgets or chatbots. You talk to a person.
What to include in your first message
You don't need much. These details help us make the first conversation useful:
- What you are: wholesaler, supply house, showroom, master distributor, manufacturer or agency rep.
- Where you sell: number of branches or showrooms and which provinces or territories.
- Which door matters most: counter accounts, project desk quotes, showroom selections, catalogue findability or seasonal timing.
- What you've tried: previous agencies, in-house marketing or nothing yet.
- One number you care about, if you have it: active accounts, share of wallet, quote win rate or selection-to-order rate.
A template you can copy
Hi, I'm [Your name], [role] at [Business name]. We're a [type of supplier] with [number] branches in [City or region]. Our biggest concern is [counter accounts / showroom orders / project quotes / catalogue]. Right now we [brief description of current marketing]. Could we talk on [day and time]? You can reach me at [phone or email].
Send it by text or email, and we'll reply with a few times that suit.
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, to set up a 30-minute consultation by phone, video call or in person.
- We talk it through. We'll ask about your doors, branches, accounts and current marketing, and give you an honest view of where the biggest leak is.
- You get a short written summary with what we'd do first, what it would cost and how we'd measure it.
- You decide. There's no pressure and no lock-in. Going ahead commits you to a month at a time, with 30 days' notice to stop.
If we don't think we can help, we'll say so. Some suppliers are better served by fixing a stocking or staffing issue first, and we'd rather tell you that than take your money.
Before you get in touch
If you'd like to read first, these pages are a good start:
- The services overview explains each service and how to choose.
- The pricing page lists the plans and what drives cost.
- The areas page covers each province and territory.
- The guides go deeper on share of wallet, showroom handoffs and the seasonal calendar.
If you're comparing agencies
Plenty of suppliers talk to two or three firms before choosing. That's sensible. When you do, ask each one the same questions so the answers are comparable:
- Which measure will you be judged on, and how is it counted?
- Which person on your side handles my account day to day, and can my counter manager call them?
- What happens to my website, ad accounts and content if I leave?
- What results can you show, and from which industry?
Our answers are on the FAQ page. If another firm's answers are better for your business, choose them.
A note on privacy and consent

Frequently asked questions
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
No. You'll reach a senior strategist who can talk about your branches, accounts and catalogue in detail. There is no sales script and no pressure to sign anything on the first call.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible businesses and separate from any paid plan.
Can we talk outside Pacific business hours?
For an Atlantic branch manager, our Pacific day starts at lunchtime and runs into the evening. Send a text or email any time and we'll suggest a time that works for your time zone.
Do we need to share sales data on the first call?
No. Rough figures are enough to start. If we go further, we'll ask for more detail and treat it as confidential.
